Fill out the form below to become a member of the Congregation of the Children of Mary.  When you do, you will be automatically signed up to become a member of the Universal Living Rosary Association of Saint Philomena (ULRA) and the Universal Archconfraternity of Saint Philomena.  You will be sent your official welcome packet from the ULRA's headquarters in Dickenson Texas, United States, as  well as the Archconfraternity in Mugnano del Cardinale, Italy and from Fr. Partain, in Mansura, Louisiana, United States.
